Currently working almost half of the year from his in-home studio on Pleasant Street, and painting on location as often as possible, Kevin has for many years been working at capturing the “Cape light” and exploring how the time of day and season of year affect our perception of the beauty in and around Provincetown. A member of the Provincetown Art Association & Museum, Kevin typically has 3 solo shows each year (June, September and December), usually at Gallery 444 on Commercial Street. In years past, he has been represented by the Julie Heller Gallery and has been part of shows at various other Ptown Galleries. Kevin has been commissioned a number of times to paint Ptown scenes that his clients particularly want to be able to have in their homes year round. While Kevin divides his time between Ptown and his studio in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, the crash of the waves, the call of the birds, and the bustle of Commercial Street will always bring him back to Ptown.
